...this happened to me as well and I have good reason to suspect who is doing/did this.
Once you answer the phone, an app is somehow installed and however does this has full access to your phone, address book, messages, etc.
As far as I know, it is a service marketed for parents to spy on their children, but this must be illegal!

THIS IS NOT A WIND number...i just got off the phone with a Wind representative.

They hack into the wind system, camouflage themselves in a WIND number and then hack you.

How do I know? Many years ago, I testified against organized crime. This is how they hacked me as revenge. They got me pretty good. Hacked into my webcam and phone for years...you can imagine what they say and heard (nothing illegal).

If this number called you and you answered it:

**CALL WIND or YOUR PHONE PROVIDER
*CALL THE POLICE
...yes, I know that there is not much "they can do", lol, but we ALL must FLOOD them with calls so that they start to DO something about hacking...

Hey Anti-Hacker, what should I do if I didn't answer the call but called them back (and the call wasn't picked up)? Will they still be able to install the invisible app on my phone? Thanks.

I also received a call from a lady asking my pin no for the wind and i told her Wind never asked from me in the last two years and then she told me to call her later so never say yes to this number.

I to have suffered from the wind or gas for many years indeed . After many green vegetables it is indeed  a very serious problem  for someone of my advance years (danger of the follow thru). It is bad enough with the leaky watering works but a wet fart is so embarrassing.

Well sad to say this number is still being used. With technology today and people reporting this to Wind, one would think that these "scammers" would get shut down. I didn't answer it because I didn't recognize it. I come straight to a search engine and try and find out who's calling. What I found is this site.

Uh, buddy... I just went to the Wind website and clicked on "contact us" and one of the 2 numbers that showed up was 647-700-2435

This is an automatic call that occurs if you opted into a short survey after a customer support interaction.

I called wind customer service about a bill that seemed to high. Two days later recieved a call out of the blue saying this was wind with a refund check. Total scam. In the past they have just sent me a check. Total no morals why dont you get a real job scammers. Lazy people from canada.

This is so true, got the call today. Lady asked for my WIND PIN#. Did not give it, hung up.

This phone called me also, I didn't take it.

647-700-2435 is their customer service number and can be found in the support section on their website. Now Freedom Mobile, this number is still in service and still listed on their website.

It's the outbound sales number. They are trying to sell [***]. Has nothing to do with not paying your bills ninny.

Didn't pick up. Left a confused voice message. Definitely not reading from a script like a real Freedom mobile Rep would be. Obvious scam is obvious.

I am pay as i go ie no contract!  I own my own phone.  So i don't owe anything to Freedom aka Wind Mobile.  So why would they be calling me 4 times in one day and every week like clock work?

I got a call today (September 4/19) guy claimed to be from freedom offering me $5 off my monthly bill which I'm pay as you go and would have to change to monthly. I declined the offer and hung up
