Added this number to my ignore list then called TD to cancel my Visa because of this. Call still continued even after calling them back, so no help there beside confirming that my number is active. Going to PC Financial instead as they are easier and cheaper to deal with.

DUCT CLEANING

A [***] with a thick accent calls me just about every day.   He wants to clean my ducts... I screw around with him; but I've asked for his Company Name and Phone Number.  He claims his company's website is: ductcleaners.net -- the website says they're located in Pennsylvania--  I am in Toronto.  

Is he going to drive all the way to Toronto to clean my ducts?  He ends up getting ticked off with me and accuses me of wasting his time.  The guy also states that he won't call again... but he does!!!

Also, I've asked him if they are registered with BBB -- he doesn't even know what BBB is, but ended up saying that their BBB Grade is confidential!  LOL

I am just about ready to make an appointment to get my ducts cleaned just so that I can punch him in the face when he arrives.

I thought most 647 numbers are cell phones;  however, I believe that he is calling over the Internet.

What do you mean, simply return the call???  I tried that.  It's a phoney number and doesn't go anywhere.  Clearly not Canadian because I'm on a do-not-call list.
