Got a one page memo through Canada post. No envelope or postal stamp and was hand written not typed. The team (all first name - no name) offer to sell my home with no realator or lawyer fees plus other benefits. Clearly a scam. Who sent this through Canada post and how did it get in my Canada Post Mail Box.? Again no postal stamp or envelope.

I just received a hand written ‘flyer’ in today’s mail with this phone number and a claim that this is an experienced investor who is interested in buying homes and cottages in my area. Claim they are not realtors, so you won’t pay any commissions or fees. We are THE BEST way to privately sell your home. Signed by Cory, Jade, Andrea, Angela, Rebecca and Parker.

These people are scammers be careful.

I received the same note that is printed but meant to look hand written.  They left this number and it was in my mailbox Aug 2/20.  I'm in Kawartha Lakes.  I assume this is a scam, lol.

I received the same "handwritten" note, but I think it was a colour copy of an original handwritten note.

I don't know how legit they are - buying houses for cash?!?

We just got the same today April 16 2021 in our Canada Post mailboxes on our street - so tired of all these low lifes they`ve gotten even worse in the last 13 years especially in the past year with the pandemic and this plain paper insert flyer even has a website on it as well ...   :(
