Another call from Mountain View CA- Spoofing?

these people are killing me they call all day long help me.

Have you tried blocking the number?
Blocking is worth a try, but if they keep changing the incoming numbers, you are left with ignoring. The trick to ignoring is you have to make your phone number as non-productive as possible. Try one of the answering systems that challenges the caller to enter their phone number before the call can proceed. That stops the robos and most of the scammers.

Making your number non-productive means that you don't answer or call back unknown numbers and suspicious names that show in your Caller ID.  If possible, don't let calls go to voice mail. If you keep a call log, you might see the calls are coming during the same time of day or day of the week, With that info you might just turn off the phone so you have some peace.

I have VOIP, if I unplug the connection box, the caller gets a recording that the line is not in service, and that really does discourage scammers.

It is important to do everything you can to stop your number from getting out of your control. Be very careful what stores and websites have your phone number.

Received a xall from this number, but I didn't pick it up.

Number pings back to Symantec, but doesn't ring through, just returns a fast busy signal.
