They continue to call my cell phone while I am at work.

This is a legit call from the MN dept of Health. You do not need to answer their questions and you do noy need to remain on their list. Feel free to call and harass Mr. Salem at the number listed below.

How do I get off the call list?
To permanently remove your number from the BRFSS call list, contact the MDH BRFSS Supervisor, Nagi Salem, at 651-201-5996.

Just called my house about a survey from the man department of health and they asked if the number they called me at was a cell phone or land line and when I said land line they told me the survey was only for cell phone numbers.... thought that was odd!

Yesterday I answered and told the caller I was not interested in participating.  Today they called again and I didn't answer.  I can't believe that the University of Minnesota would do a health survey over the phone rather than sending a form for me to complete, so I blocked this number.

I just received a call from this 651 201 4982 but it showed up as minnesota in the caller id and at 8pm on a Friday night I chose not to receive it. GLAD I DIDN'T!    Thank you  people for your coments. I'll be blocking this number for sure.

I don't appreciate this person calling me during supper or bed time

Called at 8:40 on a Fri night.  I answered a few ?'s about how many people in house etc. Hung up on him.  Checked out this site & found other calls.  Glad I hung up.

This is scam to verify if they are calling landline or cell phone and then they will call back with address and name to scare you to give them money

Have received numerous phone calls from "MN Government 651-201-4982" I screen my calls so I don't answer but they call at night, sometimes as late as 9:00pm, on weekends, including Sunday. Now, what government organizations, other than police/fire, work on those days and hours? Smells fishy to me.

Saying they are from  MN Dept of Health. They are relentless. Calling all the time have answered twice and told them I'm not interested in survey and calls continue.

Called ID says Mn Government - and per the MDH web page noted below, they are likely representing MDH. They called but I thought it was a scammer and didn't answer.  It sounds like you may opt out of the survey, suggest you try that next time they call.  http://www.health.state.mn.us/divs/chs/brfss/faq.html

This person/company keeps calling me

Caller claimed to be completing a health survey. Lasted a long time. tried to return call upon completion and got busy signal.

They have called several times. Varied times of the day even during our dinner. Answered and hung up when they stated they were from the MN Health Dept conducting a survey.  Just called again this morning. Thanks Governor Dayton for wasting MY tax dollars on useless surveys.

Got a call from this number too. Glad I wasn’t home. Also glad I read all these posts. Wish I could stop them!

Lol, these idiots on here act like every random caller is a terrorist. It’s the mn department of health conducting a quick ten minute survey. Either answer it or not, they stop calling after me two tries....
