Called to renew my magazines, came with gift cards for renewing.  Spoke with Jessica.

Apparently the credit card we had on file with the Publishers expired,  didn't recognize the number so I hadn't been answering.  At least explains why our magazines stopped showing up!!

Got a very good deal on 3 different magazines I used to subscribe to years ago.   They set everything up so I don't have to worry about renewing them for quite awhile.  The young girl I spoke to was extremely helpful and very energetic!

Been with The Publishers for many, many years now. They called to see if we wanted to change any magazines we subscribe to.  This is the only company my wife and I will do business with over the phone.  They've been around as long as I can remember.

Called us to verify our online registration for online gift cards.  Girl was very nice and we were able to renew our magazines at the same time.  Didn't recognize the number at first so i looked them up online and called it back once I saw it was The Publishers Service.

Called me to renew my motorcycle magazine.

This number called me a few times yesterday.  Called it back this morning and it was the publishers magazine service.  We moved and never did a change of address so everything was getting sent back to them.  Would of called sooner if they left us a voice mail.

they called me because I have a few magazines that will no longer be published in a few months because they are switching to online only.  they offered to replace them to something else at no cost.

Spoke with Linda in their shipping department, called me because they send some gift cards certified mail in certain areas.  Verified my address one more time.  I think if you registered online you can get a code via your email instead of waiting for them in the mail.

got gift card for filling out online preference survey.  survey took 10 minutes or so..Gift cards cover shipping costs and come with magazines of my choice.  pretty good so far.
