They call several times and never leave a message.  When you do answer, they start speaking in Spanish, ending with Richard Ackman (my  name).  When you say "Hello", or ask who is on the line, they hang up on me.  It's extremely annoying to keep answering a phone to these type of calls.

This number has been calling me several times a week since July 2017. It says they are from Hastings, MN. I’m not sure what they are as I never answer phone calls from numbers I don’t know. I’ve also blocked a previous number that had the same area code and said it was from the same place, then this number started.

Update I just called it back and someone answered immediately, no rings or anything, I don’t know if that’s sketchy or not. It sounded like a real human voice but who knows for sure. I also looked through my call history and found 3 other numbers that also call me multiple times throughout the week.

I hadn’t realized there were this many numbers, I always just see the area code and roll my eyes and end the call ASAP lol. Needless to say I blocked all of them so hopefully this stops for good.

Collection Agency, there are restrictions by Federal Law as to what info they can or cannot Share. Look up the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act in google.
