Strange man called me asking if I was the one who hit his car, adding I’d left my number on his windshield. Nope, I don’t think so, pal. When he shouted “Who yo insurance company, B?”, I told him to go eff himself and hung up. He’s been blowing up my phone ever since.

Caller phoned sounding accusatory and irate with false claim of “your daughter kicked my dog.”  Caller was male with Indian accent.  He would not answer simple questions to identify himself.  I hung up.  He has not called back.

651-410-1269: Said he was from a collection agency, took out a personal loan of $300 between 2014 and 2016, and I now owe $4300. Something about a phone plan or something....
Lucky for me though, they do payment plans of $100 a month!
Luckily for me, and unlucky for them, it's a scam. :)

Seems like this number is associated with a variety of scams, mostly shakedowns. They call family members to scare them into paying "fine" or "legal fees". Ignore the call, block the number. If the demand came by text, forward the the text to 7726 as spam.

The collection have been intrusive. Plus its illegal for companies to sell your debt to collections. I've blocked calls, but they just use another number. What a scam

It is not illegal for companies to sell debt. I don't know where you got that idea from.
