i received a call from this number. i didnt look it up at first. then they call me again just now to say i've got the NDP ticket. I actually thought it was real & he asked for my NRIC. I look up the internet & then I realised i was being fool. should i believe or not?

Innie, I also received a call 2 days ago from this number, saying that I got NDP tickets, just went to Float @ Marina and collected the ticket so it is not a hoax.

Apparently it's a satelite call on the navy ship! So do pick it up if your son/bf/brother is sailing to other countries for military exercises!!
