Please hear me. Many years ago, I went to Body Contours for a facial at a promotion rate of $38.00. After my 1st session, I took a package. Even before I was half way through the package, the persistent consultants persuaded me to upgrade my treatment for better result. I thought these pests would stop pestering me after upgrading but that was not the case.  In fact immediately at my next appointment, the consultant tried to get me to buy products. There was no end to it. I got so tired of their hard sales. I took the IPL package with them. No results on the first round (5 sessions). Took another 5 sessions and requested for another beautician or they called technician. This time I saw some results. Subsequently, I was persuaded to take the laser package as Body Contours has tie with some doctors doing laser and other treatments. Was assured by the consultants that my pigmented spot would lighten. Lol and behold, after the 5th which was also my last session, I didn’t see any different to the spot! Don’t fall into their trap. They offer you free facial but after the session they will surely corner you into taking a package!  Don’t take up any of their packages. Otherwise you will regret it because the consultants will keep pestering you to upgrade or buy products!

But seriously. when someone keeps telling you he/she isn't interested and you keep doing the same thing (i.e. calling then repeatedly saying "but it's free" or "it's only one hour" despite the person saying "i'm not interested" over and over again), it gets irritating. While I understand the database should be kept intact as much as possible, there should be some sort of flag to tell you not to call this person again, or to call only after a long period. Calling the same people within a few weeks of each call to waste their time on the same things that they are uninterested in has made them skeptical of telemarketing. You should cut down on this.

Then the part on scamming...i believe it was directed towards the spa company, not telemarketers, since telemarketers would only be given some sort of script by the spa, which would then try to escalate sales by pushing the customer to buy more when they managed to hook one. So unless you are from the spa company, try not to think so much about it.

I got a call from body contours too.. number is 6885 2849. I told her i was not interested and she kept calling! Seriously a nuisance.Their marketing and telemarketer is putting consumers off.

I received a call from 6885 2849 ytd around 7pm. Didn't make out which company they are from but I heard they are offering a free facial+massage/ bodyscrub+spa treatment. They said that the treatment is free and one would only require to show the sms and IC during the appointment, and that they would send me an sms + will call on the day of appointment. Made my choice and set up an appointment. Was kinda worried so I ran a check and found this website. And now that I've read all 16pages on this topic and I'll personally find out if it's true, will update you people again. Wish me luck~!

So how was the session? got a call from them and fixed an appt with them too.

They have changed their number to 6885 2849. Annoying telemarketing agents who are so persistent and hard sell their services. I have sent them a message to stop calling me but they still do.

   Again another disappointment. This time is with body contours. We wasn't informed that 4pm is the last appointment time and we were been held up for half an hour for registration due to me having some package with Aura(which was just bought over by body contours - nobody inform me too!). Body contours tried to push us away by telling us there's no Aircon after 5pm, after consideration, we still wish to go for the spa that your voucher stated. Body contours pushed us away by saying their therapist knock off at 5pm and we have to pay $28 more for their OT in order to enjoy a full hour body massage. This is so scam and cheat!!

   First is the Aircon then is their therapies can't work overtime. Body contour delayed our time but yet turn their back at us say we have to pay for their therapist OT charges.

   I'm very disappointed with your selection of having promotion with these spa companies and yet couldn't deliver what they promised. I seriously doubt your competency to choosing a good spa company to serve your consumers.

   Please give me an explaination. As I have 2 more spa companies to go. It's very unfair for me to go through this kind of treatment from them.

   If the body contours website stated 4pm is their closing hours, why in the 1st place they agreed on the appointment time @ 4pm. Your explaination is unacceptable. I may not be checking out their operating hours but at the very least body contours should tell us 4pm is their closing time and not accepting my appointment. You sounded as if is my fault that I did not do anything to stop this from happening!!!! What's the point for you to collate the feedback, for not giving me a good answer and letting me go through this sort of humiliation again and again. This is too much!!!!

i actually believe the company itself is innocent. what makes this call so "scary" or "spooky" is actually the person calling us.
well, if they are trying to invite, they should ask nicely.

with their attitude like this, its no longer a telemarketing call, its a prank call.

Just got a call fm a Filipino fm this number. Had a bad feeling about it and thought I google on this body contour spa. True enough! I am going to block out this number on my phone.

They changed their number. I told her not going because  l don't like her. She still make the arrangements. After that asked me why l didn't turn up
