    I didn't have the phone with me at the time. And I rarely answer calls that I don't recognize the number for on caller ID. So, I don't know who it was.

    Call back gets, "Thank you for calling Credence Resource Management.  This call may be recorded for quality and training purposes."  Goes on to tell you to hold for the next available representative.  This is a debt collection agency.  If you are going to call, it's best to use the published number on the website.  In addition, you may want to take a minute to review the advice from the CFPB (Consumer Financial Protection Bureau) on what to do when debt collectors call.
