- Pudge replies to CJPerhaps some more learned persons will post but if you need to find out if the caller is actually from this law firm, you could start by calling the published number for the firm and ask if Timothy Jackson is a member of the firm.
- Sam replies to CJ| 1 replyI am getting the same issue. I’m not sending sensitive information. They say the firm and attorney is in New York but I find him in Riverside, California under state bar with no contact info. I mean, no contact inf? What attorney does not want to be contacted?
- B-Edwards replies to SamSo far, no one has said what the calls are about, or in you case what "sensitive info" you are being asked for. This has the vibe of phony debt collection type of scam. A quick web search turns up a couple of Harman Law firms. That is a yellow flag, scammers like confusion and confusables.
First poster had down that they got a text - if so, I would tend to think there are shenanigans going on.
