I called DBS Bank and they verified that it was a DBS officer from the insurance department. However, the way the person approached was quite rude and aggressive. I felt a bit forced as he kept insisting, even though I mentioned that I would call him back and needed some time to think. Otherwise, the plan seems good to me. Thanks

Claimed to be from DBS but selling insurance. My number is in the no call list and shouldn't be getting promotions like this. You guys should also report this number. Someone's breaching the no call order and exposing our details.

Actually got called twice in 2 years - first time a malay guy second time a china guy. seems like the official DBS telemarketer selling insurance cos when i called back the number a china woman picked up. a bit weird cos they will keep trying to hardsell you their medical leave compensation/benefit plan or wtv but if you ask for supporting docs they would rather hang up than provide.
