annoying calls from this number.I get 10 calls every day and nobody talks.Its so frustating

I am getting calls from 678 460 3780 3 or 4 times daily on my cell.  No one speaks .. just gets disconnected... so frustrating

This number calls us everyday, sometimes 3 times a day and askes for a foreign name that I cannot pronounce.  They refuse to take us off their lists of calls as that person does not own our number that they call.
