How can this caller be stopped?  I get several calls a day and they never leave a message.  These usually come through on my cell and I have not given this number to anyone so how do they get it???  I see where someone has looked this up and it is a Robert Lowery, Contractor at 4174 Jade Drive, Douglasville, Ga. 30135.  I have looked it up and this is a residence and even shows the picture of the house.  I think I will turn this over to my attorney and see what happens.

This number belongs to a residence in Decatur, Ga.  I even have the picture of the house.  Notifying the police.

I am getting tired of these people calling my number constantly.  Are they complete idiots?  I have blocked the calls and somehow they are getting through.  This must be some kind of scam or illegal company, they never leave a message and if the phone is answered they hang up.  Are they just calling to get a nuisance?

i get calls sometime 4 or 5 times a day from this number.  it is some sort of pharmacy and always indian or phillipino dialects.  how can i get them to stop.  my number is unlisted and i cannot call the number back.  has happened 40 to 50 times.

This was apparently the IRS stating that I have to give money to them, and I am being watched. Scared me so bad. Fraud.

I receive two and three calls a day and have been for several months now.  Have tried to block but somehow they get through.

getting calls on this number  on cell phone- use cell only for emergencies-  it is a pay as you go and suppose to be unlisted. scammers need to be put in jail

This number calls several times a week and never leaves a message. I do not answer because it is an unknown caller and I have these calls blocked on my phone. They go directly to voice mail.

I am getting the same calls nonstop also.  But they have been using a robo dialer, which is also illegal. # calling me  is 678-763-9923. And leave a code to call back with. Hope they don't hold their breath waiting on that call.  Or maybe if the did, I won't be bothered anymore.  "Bye Felecia!!'.

Let phone call go to voice mail. When I checked it said I was going to be arrested because I owed money. Don’t owe money. Don’t know who they are.

Caller just holds and never speaks. Can hear young kids playing.

I keep getting this recording. Something about recertify your lifeline now and get free minutes and free data call us back at some 800-number don't wait call today don't lose this opportunity blah blah blah.

left voice mail sounded like robotic saying that they have some legal information for me and that I will be taking into custody if I don't call back, of course I never called back, scam

I receive 10-15 calls from this number nearly every day!  They always come in groups and can start before 6 am.  The few times a message has been left it's just a beep.  The number shows up on my phone as "unknown" with no number attached, but I happened to notice a voicemail message on my phone this morning which showed the number for the first time.

If you call the 678-763-9922 number, it is the ATT generic voicemail message. They will ask for your PIN to retrieve the message. If you set up your mailbox through ATT voicemail, you will recognize the number and it will call you back to let you know there is a message.  When a person calls and leaves the VM, they are calling from a different number.

Dumping numerous messages into my cell phone voicemail after I blocked.  Just keep dumping and filling up my voicemail...stupid, idiot... go find a job!!  Even after I blocked, they found a way to attempt texting....crazy!!!! Get a life!!!

I get many many calls from this number to my VM box ! I have no idea what is being said !
