    Yes its a fully blown scam beware they may hold your personal address info.

    They called at 7:45 am. It was a recording that said they are from VISA and that someone charged $300 on EBay and a money transfer on Western union and to press 1 to accept or cancel charges. Figured it was a scam so I hung up.
