Yeah, I just got a call also.  If you use TWC you can go into my services online and block the number from calling you.  No one ever answers when you answer the phone.

Your number is being sold by a lady by the name of Lovetta was Accu-Check Cash now.  their website is www.accucheckcashnow.com, but it doesn't matter if you email them or report them.  Ther openly admit they sell your number and I had mine changed, but they still somehow found me.  I had researched getting a loan from them, but didn't need it.  This Lovetta threatedned me per email that she planned to sell my SS # and all my personal info and even after I sent them a letter, email and also reported them to my local Sheriff's Dept, Credit Reporting agencies and also to the Attorney General's Office.  It's always some thick, accented indian guy who says you owe money, when you don't.

This indian gentleman is harrassing us about 20 times a day.........Very Very threatening calls.!!

Idiot calls me saying I have a fraud charge against me with foriegn accent! Keeps calling from different numbers!  Just stupidity! It's a scam! Plus its spam to still your Identity! Calls from so many numbers in a one day span!

You sound crazy.  How do you know any of this?  You sound like someone who was trying to scam a PDL company, and got caught and decided to put there information on a blog.  You are not  even on the same subject that everyone else is talking about.

Yes that is www.accucheckcashnow.com's phone number but I never had any issues with this company. They were quick and wired me my advance within a day.

I am not sure if they sell your info, but who doesn't nowadays! lol All I know is that I got my advance, and they saved me from a nightmare.

if you even look into getting a payday advance loan these people can get ur #.  I looked into getting a loan and decided against it...I did not accept the money!!!  these lenders can sell off ur information to other lenders without ur consent and you will start getting all kinds off harassing calls and texts.  I dont answer #'s that i dont recognize or come up as unavailable.....it takes a while but eventually they stop calling.

Makes me wonder if some of these scammers are members of terrorist cells in this country, using thise tactics as a way to fund their organizations? Things that make you go hmmm?

I have received calls from this number 685-497-3580 since about 9:30 a.m. central standard time..I have already received over 20 calls in the past 2 hrs..it's really starting to be annoying..I need to call my carrier to find out how to block this call...forever....

I had been receiving calls from these scammers a week straight.. Do not give them any information about you or anyone you know!!! They claimed to work for the federal government, YEAH RIGHT and left a message stating they needed to hear frome me or my attorney.. When I called back to see what this was all about, a person answered the phone with a  some off the wall crap (Bogus company name) and I stated" Some one called me from this number and he asked me my name. I told him, "If you're looking for me you should know my name!!" He put me on hold and then someone with a iranian accent got on the phone and asked could I hold. I said" Hell no, what is this all about.. He stated you need to pay us because its a lawsuit against your name and social security number.. [***].. First u stated you worked for the federal government and now I have a case against me.. I had to get my number changed because they somehow tapped my phone and called the person I called after I hung up in their face!! These people need to get and find a better way to get money!!! Now they are calling my friend asking her to get in touch with me because my loan has been approved!! Damn shame
