Missed Call, call back immediately but cut off at once. Maybe scam ?

I had a call from this number (69310026) and the telemarketer is damn rude. She did not address me at all and goes on and on about her company insurance policies! It is basic courtesy to address your client (potential or not) by their names before you read from your script. She read so fast that i don't even have a chance to verify her name! But i know she is from Manulife, Ivy/Iris? I have doubts whether any PDPA breaches here.

Get a stupid call from this number, saying that she is Ivy. But didnt even say from which company, and when I asked calling from which company, directly end the call by saying that ^sorry this promotion is for Singaporean and PR only^. Didnt even say what promotion, from which company and the fact is Im Singaporean. Really a stupid call

Received female caller from 69310026 few minutes ago.  Introduced herself as Ivy and apologised by saying she has to call back later.  Hung up abruptly before I could ask anything.   Called the number many times and were engaged tone or auto cut off.   Wonder if this person is sane since so many similar encounters out there.

This person call me when I was resting.. and she talk very fast and I can’t get what she said. I think previously I apply job and they called me.. she said sorry I will call u next time and I said no need. All I need to know is where u calling from and she hang my call.. I call back can’t call at all.. she is very rude person.. her name I can’t rmb but seem like ivy or iris after someone said so I recall is either this 2 name. Since u guys said is from Manulife I just call to make a report and they told me Manulife office dun call like that to customer. Maybe other call center.. very irritating and rude person..

Yes. I also received this phone call from 69310026 but I didnt picked it up. hahah

It's a scam. received the same call but I ignored it.

Answered but nobody said anything for a good 15-20 seconds before I hung up.

The caller is weird

very rude. she did not introduce herself and when I ask how did she get my contact, she just told me a consultant will call me and drop off. When I try to call back, she hang up on all my attempts.

It’s a robot

Call and talked abt insurance. Then never really take no for an answer and insisted will get financial consultant to contact you and said “have a nice day” and hang up!!!

Received a voicemail from this number saying "Sorry but this information can only be delivered by our consultant, is it okay if we get our consultant to liaise with you?"
CONFUSED??? i didnt call them in the first place to ask for any information LOL

Had a missed call from the number today and it left a voice message.

[Pause]
ii. Hi, this is Michelle calling from Manulife. Is it a good time to speak with you?
[Pause]
iii. Hey, I think we have a bad connection. So sorry for disturbing you. Maybe I'll try again another time. In the mean time, please have a nice day.

Sounds pre-recorded. Getting sophisticated.
If I had said "Yes" to the first question, it can trigger a verbal instruction which they can use that I had agreed to a policy that I did not want.

pre-recorded messages, called kept repeating who she is and when my answer is not a simple yes/no she just repeated the sentence again
