I had. 21 calls in the last two weeks from this number day or night no ring just see it on my phone bill

I have been billed by virginmedia for 32 calls this current month alone. I do not even know who it is
When l dialled this number a message tells me
"Calls to this number are barred". What do l do?

My grandson being charged every month for calls on this number this month so far 15 calls charged he doesn't know what it's for it who it is anyone help to clarify please?

I'm having daily txt from this number and charged .thry are not visible on my phone but are in my bill .hiw can I block them ?

This number keeps appearing on my bill but I haven't got clue who's number it is.

This is a third party line and each time they call or text you you get billed. I have only just found out about this and I am with EE. I have phoned them and they were great and have blocked the number today and given me the company details as sure stream subscription. Basically they have taken small amounts of money for the last two years totally roughly £120. I’ve been given contact details for this company and been told I should contact them and get my money credited back.
