I think this is the text payment for red nose day

I have been charged £10 for two calls which I have not made to this number, one person suggests it is the donation to Red Nose day which if it is I'm very dissapointed at, mainly to have saved me the grief of not knowing if this is something which could happen without my knowledge.

My telephone record states I have received this Text Premium number at the cost of £10 and it appears twice!  I believe it has something to do with my £10 donation to Red nose Day but I only made one donation!  NOT HAPPY

Have just received mobile phone bill and found that I have been charged £10 twice for texts to 700374034 on the evening of 24th March. Have read on here that it is the Red Nose Day donation line. I only donated once but have been charged twice! How do we get our money back?

I just checked my account and have exactly the same thing!
Two texts each costing £10 each and the same timestamp!  Red Nose Day has taken two payments instead of one!
How can we report this?  I am guessing they are hoping people won't ask for it back??

This number is on my mobile account but is connected to a donation I made to Red Nose Day.

I have just checked this also and looked at the messages that Red Nose send back and it said 'Thank you for your donation of £20.' also 'This will show on your bill as two £10 charges'. I texted 70220 which meant a £20 donation. Hope this info helps someone.

This number has cost me x 2 £10

Same here, OH donated £10 and looking back on bill it's saying 2 x £10 taken a second apart.  That's the last time we will donate to them.

Appears on bill as premium text each one costing £10 I've received two plus another two from a slightly different number
