First a robo-caller and a long pause, because I never answer my phone "hello".  Then some kind of home security group trying to sell me a wireless home defense system.  They would not fully identify themselves.  They hung up when I told them it was illegal to call cell phones and to put me on their do not call list.  My number is already on the national do not call list since 2004.

I got a call from this number and I answered it beeped like a vm, and then came on the phone stating he was with a Home Security Company- I told him nice try I dont have home security (atleast on my old address) and hung up...

They called my cell phone tonight despite its being on the do not call list.  I advised the caller (who was slow to respond to my 'hello') that this was a cell phone.   The connection was terrible and had long delays.   He finally got around to offering me the chance for some sort of a home security system.   I told him 'good bye'.   Gonna hafta look into my do-not-call listings.

Answered and realized it was a computer generated call. I hung up before anyone said anything. Why bother with the DNC list if it is not enforced?

Didn't answer, didn't leave a message.  Tried to file a complaint as I'm on the DNC list and it said:

We Are Unable to Accept Your Complaint

We are sorry, but we cannot accept your complaint. The number you entered, 701-264-5658, had not been registered for 31 days when you received the unwanted call.

"Ben" said he was from Home Security Group and offering a free home security system.  When I tried to interrupt him he said "thank you for you time" and hung up.  We are on the DNC list.

The Group responsible for these calls is "the lead generation" out of Florida - 954.928.1779.  CEO is Adam Houtman, a British scam artist.  Enjoy.

Keeping getting these unwanted calls from the above number please do what you can to stop the calls.

When you respond to this message, what you're doing in fact, is confirming that the phone is an active number and the machine that auto-dials you in the first place, records this information (just the number that responded) and then is kept/returned to the database for future calls to be made.  These databases are then rated, compiled, and sold as "active contacts" to the direct-market businesses.

Called my cell phone twice and did not leave a message and I did not answer my phone.

Tried to report these lowlifes and do not call would not file report.

missed call no messgae left

Called back and immediately got an automated message that said if I wanted to be put on the "Do Not Call" list to press 1, so I did, we will see.
Thanks for the advice from others who have done this.

Same situation as Jenni above. I'd received two missed calls from this number since yesterday.

So as I mentioned above, called them back at 1pm today and opted for the "Do Not Call" list. 4:15 same day, got another phone call from them. Jeesh! Relentless. What do I have to do to get them to leave me alone!?

I have enough random numbers calling me these days! All I know is the one time after they called it said they left a message, the voicemail was blank. Today I've had THREE calls from this number. And after reading all these comments, I'm opting to NEVER answer. It is very irritating that this is happening. I also thought I was on a donotcall list with my cell number. Bummer.

Called this number back because someone called me from here several times during my work day. I googled the number when I got a chance and found out it's somewhere in North Dakota! Called number back and all three times got a recording that said "number you have reached is not in service". I'm on the DO NOT CALL Registry. I'm reporting to the FTC.gov and I encourage all who have posted to do this!

Home Security Group, 1-701-264-5658, calls me everyday. I finally picked up & it's a telemarketer, even though I've been on the Do Not Call registry for about 3 years!  The caller wanted to know if I wanted to get paid for putting a sign in my yard.  I'm disgusted & I'm reporting them.
