I just got a collect phone call from this number....A message was left but was not understandable. a broken up message. This number is unrecognizable to me so don't bother to call me again! REMOVE MY NUMBER FROM YOUR CALL LIST!

I got a call to my cell phone. There is no answer when i pick up and hangs up. From notes in this page It seems to be from Prison in Bismark North Dakota. Do not bother to answer this call.

I know what the number is, its from inmates in jail they get 3 minuets from this system for their phone call. Just because it says North Dakota dont mean it is We live in Iowas. So answer it next time someone you love may have been arrested and needs to reach you. And its not collect  because I receive the call on my prepaid cell

Calling a lot. Leaves no message and wont answer a call back. Others report it is from a prison in ND. If possible I would love to have these stop.

Calling alot and not leaving messages.  From reading the prior posts on the page I'm thinking it's someone from a prison that has the wrong number.  I would not know anyone that would even possibly be in trouble with the law.

This isn't necessarily always a collect call. This is from a county jail from a number of states that uses the Reliance telephone system(which is based in North Dakota). It is most likely someone you know trying to contact you from county jail using a phone card to trying to collect call. You can't call this number back, if you do it will inform you that someone is trying to contact you from a jail facility. Doesn't hurt to answer, could be someone you know just wanting to talk.

I do not know anyone in prison received a call at 11:40 p.m. Last night have no idea who it is from or why

If this is a prison call how come when i call it back it goes to a voicemail

Called twice i answered or tried it just hung up

The guy on the other end asked if I was a bail bondsmen.  I said no. He said he had the wrong number.

We wish to be taken off the list so we do not get calls from this number. We do not accept collect calls.
