I have received this call several times on my cell phone and I have no auto warranties - it is a SCAM!!  I have not answered any of them after Googling it and found that others have had the same problem with this caller.

Got a call from 702-520-9140, caller ID 'Personal Services...'something about
lowering your interest rate on your credit card, this offer was to expire.'
Pressed 1 and asked the woman, who was calling, no reply...I added I don't know who you are calling for. Nor do I know what credit card company is
calling."  She hung up.

called my work cell, automated message about lowering my credit card intrest rate, gave me an option to "not receive these calls anymore" and to talk to a live representitive.  i choose the second, they identified themselves as "credit card services"  when i ask which of my credit cards they were calling about they hung up

Got the call about 10 minutes ago.  I used to live in Nevada, so I know it's coming from the Las Vegas area.

I did not answer, but this definitely sounds like a scam.  The only company that can lower your cc interest rate is your cc company.  & if they start calling about warranties again, it's DEFINITELY a scam.  I work for a company that sells warranties through dealerships & we frequently get calls from our customers, complaining that we are making these calls...WE ARE NOT, and usually they still have a lot of time on their service contracts.
