I got the call too on 3/17 i answered and there was no response so i hung up.

Once again, a scam robocall from "Rachel at cardholder services."  LEAVE ME ALONE.

If you get a call from this number. ITS A SCAM! They're using an autodialer to randomly call people. They claim they can lower your credit card interest rate but they only want your credit card information.
 ITS A SCAM. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION!
 If you ask for a supervisor they hang up on you or get fresh. And when you ask what company their with they flat our refuse to tell you. Criminals are so stupid. At least make up a company name.
   I hate people like this!

Called my work number and cell multiple time in the last month.  Recorded message + hit 1 for operator.   Waiting on hold for 5 minutes w/ no answer previously.  This time I waited and got a real person, when I told him I wanted them to stop calling and asked him to identify himself, he hung up.  The gutless creep.

Phantom call to my cel with no vm message.

Just received the call on my cell.  Did not answer.  Glad I didn't after finding this info.

I received a call from this number (702-520-9162) this afternoon on my cell phone and answered it so I could tell the perpetrator that they were calling my cell phone.  A pre-recorded message said they were "Cardholder Services" calling regarding my account, but then told me not to worry that anything was wrong.  The message said I could lower my interest rate to as low as 6.9% and to press 1 to be connected to an associate (no other option provided).

I pressed "1" and had to wait for well over a minute for anyone to answer.  The guy who did answer sounded like he was drunk, and without asking my my name or for any other information asked if I currently had credit card debt in excess of $3,000.  When I said "No," he hung up without another word.

I called the number back and was greeted by another message telling me to press "1" if I wanted to be placed on their "do not call" list.  I pressed one, but I'm pretty sure I've done the same thing for this same number in the last couple of weeks.
