This number assigned to "Cross FM" is beginning to torque me off, too.  Calls at all times of the day and night, never a message and if I do answer, no one responds and then hangs up.  So much for the "do not call" registry.  It is just like everything else,  the only ones affected by the rules are the ones who follow them, everyone else gets by with whatever they want.   We need a change in our governmental systems so that the little person is the one in charge.

If it is Mickey Gross, the Lawsuit shouldinclude teh Board Of Directors and Management, they are located in California. ALSO, SUE THE NEWSPAPERS THAT RETAINED THEM AND MAKE THEIR NAMES PUBLIC ESPECIALY THE EDITORS. HARRASSMENT HAS FINES AND RECOVERY COSTS FOR ALL LAWSUITS.

God these calls are annoying. I have reported them again to the do not call list.

They call 2-4 times a day and most of the time no one is on the other end.

These homewreckers have called several times and I don't use my home phone # for anything or anyone!  EVER

These types of calls will continue, especially with economy in the pooper.  If you do not know the number--DON'T ANSWER!  Best advice ever--believe me on this one! ~~> Some calls are from the Middle East & Asia, they ask you to press pound or a number then pound, it gives them access-via your permission-to charge your phone bill, so beware.  When you get your bill you notice the excessive charges--ranging from a few dollars to hundreds!  

Some of the calls come from Canada because they do not have to abide by the same "do not call list" as do US telemarketers.

If your number may already be on a do not call list, then go to this wwebsite, it is the FCC--US GOV where you can make a complaint.  You may have to cut and paste this into your web browser as they may not allow links on here.

Received a call from 1-702-553-0512, CROSS FM.  I am on the do not call list.  Asked them not to call me several times.

This company keeps calling me and my phone is on the do not call list.

Annoying they keep harassing me ova and ova.

They keep calling 2-3 times per day, when you answer  no one is there. I do not answer this number any longer. Any one know how to get this number to stop calling???

They tried to sell us a subscription to the Atlanta Journal Constitution.  Now I LIVE in Atlanta!Why would someone from Nevada give a crap if I subscribe to the AJC!

These calls come to us as well, in California, Contra Costa County. I also receive calls from them with CFM, from the number 281-6420. Agreed, very annoying. They've been calling for a few years now. When we see the calls, we just don't pick up. Kinda like my mother-in-law's calls...jk

Gross and the last name says it all. They
continue to violate federal law. Give Mickey a call
like he does you. File some complaints and
maybe this high school drop out will find
a regular job like at Burger King. I am going
to be his biggest nightmare. Let's put a stop
