Calls at least once a day early in the A.M. so I don't answer the caller ID says CNG

caller I.D. (CNG)  I CALLED THE NUMBER BACK AND A MACHINE ANSWERS AND IT SAID " All of our agents are busy, someone will be with you shortly please hold " I waited for about a minute and the phone sounded like someone picked up the line, but noone was there then it hung up.

WHO KNOWS JUST SOME IDIOT COMPANY USING AN AUTODIALER PROBABLY.

Ok folks, I did some digging on this company and found out some information.This company is a marketing firm Named CNG,  Crossfire Marketing Group they in turn sell subscriptions for Lee Enterprises, Incorporated.  Lee Enterprises, INC.  is a publishing company which publishes, you guessed it, newspapers around the U.S. and Canada.I just went and picked up a local paper in which they wanted me to subscribe to and look for the publisher. Then looked at their website,  http://www.lee.net/newspapers/ There you will find a list of newpapers they deal with. Hope this helps. So if you ever signed up for a subscription to any of these newspapers or any of these publication. Call them, and then you will be taken off the call list of CNG. Hope this helps.

This # 702-554-1465 is from the Contra Costa County News Paper and no matter how many times I tell them I don't live in the county they still call. I feel like sueing them for a harassment violation.

This needs to be resolved

This was a call for a subscription to my local newspaper. As I have a relationship with this company, this does not warrant a do not call complaint. I am a subscriber of this newspaper. I told the woman not to call me again. I recently renewed a 6 month subscription to this newspaper. There is something about holding a paper and reading it as opposed to getting it off of the internet.

I am on the do not call list. I am reporting this call to the government.

Got two calls in 1/2 hour, but just ignored it.  I don't answer calls from numbers I don't know.  Nice to know it was for a magazine subscription. Perhaps they should get a clue about the DNC list since they are in violation.

CNG? Some dude who sounds like he has asthma heavy breathes on my answering machinre for 4 minutes; sounds like some sort of creepo. Four calls in one day. No message. I see this is a Nevada area code. Is this from Area 51? Seriously this is ridiculous Hope others don't get this nonsense. .

How would one pay for these newspapers? CREDIT CARD #, S/S # , Bank acc. # ? Most all of this type of caller are BAD people!!!

I called 1-800-511-9048 and told them to remove my phone number from their calling list.  The man asked me what number was calling (702-554-1465) my number and asked my phone #.  He said he would send Pac-West Telecomm Inc. (CNG) an e-mail to remove my # from the calling list.  We will see what happens.

Calls several times a day.  Leaves no message!

Just got a call from this number and let the machine pick up.  No message...just silence and then they hung up.  Annoying.

Just ties up my answering machine by saying "hello, hello," then hangs up

How exactly will you report this to the government?   I'd like to do the same.

I receive these calls frequently. They are trying to sell the St Paul Pioneer Press. Even with calls to the St Paul Pioneer Press and promises to be removed from the list they just keep calling. I will not buy the St Paul Pioneer Press even at a news stand because of their annoying tactics.

Answered, but no one on the line.  Anybody know who this is?
