Hi everyone.  Normally I don't participate in public blogs, but I feel I must add to all this.  I agree a thousand times over.  I also hope this posting isn't too late.  My husband and I have been unemployed for 3 years due to injury and bad economy.  It's pathetic how Trendwest, Worldmark and Wyndam keep coming after us. It seems the only restitution is bankruptcy but I'm not willing to do that yet.  This timeshare is only owned by my husband, but even though he's legally the only one liable for this, it's still causing serious stress and strain on our lives, I'm about to take legal action myself to find a way to get rid of this crap once and for all.  This is the biggest gaping blackhole of financial fraud masquerading around as a paradise vacation that I've ever seen.

There are lots of companies that will sell your timeshare, even if it is not paid up.
Search on one of them, they call me all the time too.  But if you want to get rid of it try them.

Call every morning like clock work. They have even cancelled our contract and given it to a collection agency and they still call to harass us. They are such jerks and liars and the most unscrupulous bunch of scoundrels polluting GOD's green earth!
