It is T Mobile customer care. Asking you to rate your recent experience with T Mobile. It is legitimate.

I've gotten 2 calls from this number in the last 2 hours. I answer and they hang up right away.... Weird.. I'm not going to call back.

hey thanks for the info,  that totally makes sense that it was tmobile because I talked to them last night about reducing my account to a cheaper program.

problem is that I work night shift and I talked to them *late* last night.  and now here it is very early morning and these idiots woke me up just as I got to sleep  %#$$@!

I have also had tmoble on other occasions (different #) call me very early on a saturday morning.  what a very inconsiderate company.  talk about bad customer relations.  if I had answered that phone for a "survey" they would have got an earful.

I called the number back and this is what their recording said.

this is pinpoint research we are doing a customer satisfaction survey for tmobile.

we are asking you to rate the tmobile "customer care"  department which you recently called.  we would like you to answer a short survey asking you about the quality of the care that you received when you talked to a tmobile representative.

etc.

in answer to the person above...  yes, this will probably use YOUR cellphone minutes.  I doubt very much that tmobile will credit you for the call.  When you talk to tmobile the call goes to a special phone number and so you don't get charges for it.  But this survey is just using an ordinary phone number from a 3rd party company.  It would be very surprising if that call was somehow NOT costing you cellphone time $.

I would like to know who is harassing me.

i got a miss a call from this number . .when i returned the call no answer. .

I have DNC and keep receiving unwanted calls  Rec one this morning again with no message from 702 576 0460 only my family has this number how did this person get it???

Received 4 calls from this number today, each time nobody was there. The area code is Las Vegas.

Had talked to Tmobile earlier today and just received a call from this number.

I answered and got no response.

got call from this number; missed the call but caller did not leave a message.  i never get calls from area code 702

I got this # also, and from messages, it is probably from T-mobile.  I like to be called as a follow-up if they call to confirm with me a set-up of a release is done.  As I asked them to call me back once finished.  I lately reported a fraudulently opening account under my name.  
I missed the call, and was not msg left.

T-mobile......makes a lot of sense!  I talked to customer service last night so that explains the calls this morning.

T-Mobile survey

Yeah, got this call, many times, right after I made some changes to my T-mobil plans by calling their customer service and dealt with a live person.
I guiess by reading this, it would be a survey call, I never pick from number I don't knwo, guess they'll never reach, hope they give up.

Why they do not do a sms saying is a survey?It is more logic,it is notorius that people is disturbed by a lt of unknown calls,I mean, why not to do some sms asking a time to make this survey? it must cost nothing for a cell phone company and avoid to get zero result

Just missed a call from 702-576-0460. No message left. I called T-Mobile for customer service about 2 hours ago.
