The number is currently on switch number LSVGNVXB41T .

Okay everyone here's the scoop that I've come up with after digging around the internet. The 702-705-5221 number is from a company called "Silver Strand Enterprises, LLC out of Las Vegas. They are, in turn, attached to a "20/20 Enterprise 2705 B Durfee Avenue, El Monte, CA. That is attached to a Thomas Luczak at 29009 Silver Creek Rd. Agoura, CA 91301. He is a real Estate investor and his company changes phone numbers almost monthly.

This is what I have done and what we ALL need to-

1st- file a complaint with the Feds at https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint
2nd- contact the Nevada and California Attorney Generals offices and ask for them to follow up and to file charges. (whether they will or not is questionable)
3rd- post all this information EVERYWHERE you can on the internet
4th- send "nice and polite" letters to both addresses stating you are on the Federal No Call List and that you have filed compaints with the Feds and request that this company and ALL subsidiaries permanently and immediately remove your number. Make sure it is a nice letter with no threats and do NOT include your name or return address ONLY the phone number being called.

Thanks for your research and company details. I have been driven to turn off my voicemail service but this caller rang 15 times before giving up. I'll turn off my phone's ringer and just check periodically for calls I want to return. Let them waste their robo-dialers' time!! But not mine.

Unfortunately the US "donotcall" process doesn't accept my Canadian area-code. But I'll block this specific number from calling again, and try to monitor the company/individual for future calls so that I can block the next number(s) they use.

Called me about 6 hours ago. Left a message, this is your captain calling, wanted info for the chance to get two free cruise tickets. I get these calls almost every day and am damn sick of it. I no longer answer my phone unless I know the caller or recognize the number.

Ahhh, so they changed numbers did they?

They have been calling me using other numbers but when blocked or simply not answered (23 rings before the turds gave up one time!!) --- they use another number. Does their reasoning go like this...."ok so those people we are calling didn't answer our call because they figured out this is a scam. Soooo let's call them on another number. That'll be sure to fool them."

Well if that is how they think, no wonder they've become criminals....they aren't employable because they are TOO STUPID to do even the most menial of work.

I just rcvd a call from 253-236-2028 a man was talking about lowering my APR's.  When I started asking questions because I knew it was a scam he wouldn't tell me the company name and I hung up on him.  He called back from 702-705-5334 and said, "Maam you are an a..hole" and hung up.  I have filed a complaint with the due not call list.  This is rediculous and someone needs to do something about this.  I did a google search and could see was far back as 2008 with complaints.  I don't understand how people keep getting away with this for so long.

They seem to have the same M.O as Pacific Telephone Communications Group, F Antone Accuardi. Google that -- plenty info available on how they work. Lots of investigations going on involving that entity.

I wonder what carrier owns this number from Las Vegas. If it is similar scam, they make money merely by calling you -- don't need to sell you anything. Other carriers pay them every time their caller ID appears on someone's phone.

Look at the 2nd reply to the posts, from BC. He has the correct street addresses and name. Did the research myself. Can anyone say, junk mail list? Looks like somebody might be getting A LOT of useless catalogs jammed into their mailbox.

They called me about a month ago and I never answered. Then they called back and I answered it and e told me that my name was selected at random and I asked him how I never signed up for anything and he didn't have an answer for me. Then he said I was selected to be a possible winner for one million dollars. It my email and hung up on me. I tried to call back and it say the numbers not in service. I hope I'm not troyng to get scammed. They ain't gunna get much.

I suspect Silver Strand Enterprises is a government terrorist list, where if you get these calls, and no answer, homeland security expects everyone to write letters to the government and complain about the harrassing phone calls.

Instead, the government keeps your letters, with one names, and numbers so they can confirm the persons on the list are responding to their calls, and keeping tabs on your location.

They call me every day. Different numbers but always the same company. So now I just hang up and call them back. Over and over again. Depending on my mood and how much free time I have I'll do this for hours. Every 30 seconds tying up their phone line and making it impossible for them to use to bother other people. If more people did this I think that telemarketers would spend so much time trying to get new phone numbers that they might actually give up on harassing people. Also silver strand enterprises is on Facebook go to their page and leave them a message. The owner is guy named Thomas Luczak and lives Augora Hills Ca. It's amazing what you can find out online, like people's address. The names of their children and their addresses. Lots of interesting things. So if Tom is bothering you find new ways to let him know about it.

quit calling my house and hanging up when we answer. we get a call at least once a day from you and wehn we answer you hang up?!wqe are on the do not call list!!! does this not mean anything to you?? stop it now!!!!!!!!

If you have selective call forwarding on your phone, then use it to forward them to another telephone spammers office.

I just got a call from 209-220-1923 and it comes back to this same business

where does his children live, I'd like to feed them some dynamite and show Tom what happens when he [***] with me

Folks-- complain to the FCC about them. Or- send a letter to your Senator and House Representative telling about the practices of ROBO callers. Request that they enter a bill to make ROBO calling against the law. That is so simple and I see no reason why anyone- Dem or Rep would not vote to eliminate them.
