Call from this number EVERY day, nobody there when I pick up!

i wished all the strange calls including the above would quit calling my number.

[***] called my cell hangup calls twice today. I'm on National Do Not Call list. I'm reporting these [***] to the feds and the NV atty general. seems like there is a nationwide bunch of scammers posing as health insurance providers. (that's illegal unless the caller has a health and life insurance license ..so these are doubly criminals violating insurance law and do not call law. DO NOT TRY TO CALL THESE SCUM BACK..JUST REPORT THEM!

I have done some research and traced this number to Silver Strand Ent,LLC, owner Thomas W. Luczak.
After googling his name, this is what I came up with: His home address is listed as 29009 Silver Creed Rd. Agoura Hills, CA 91301.  It lists his number as    808-865-9444.   I have tried the number numerous times and keep getting a busy signal.  Maybe many others, like me, are tired of his telemarketing calls and are calling him to get back at him.  See how he likes being disturbed on the phone.  Anyway, I am trying to get through to him to see how it likes it.  If you are angry at him, try calling him at the number above.

Their phone calls come on my verizon cell phone.  They are getting very annoying.  ,My number is listed on the National DO NOT Call list, but that doesn't seem to matter.

Keeps calling my cell which is on the do not call list.  Scam!

I have been getting calls from this number non-stop. I received 5 calls from this person yesterday and when I answered, it simply disconnected the call. Now I've received my first call again this morning. I answered, ready to tell someone off, and sure enough no one spoke and the caller hung up AGAIN! I am starting to get really irritated. Who does this really? I put myself on the do not call list.
