That particular domain was registered in February of last year and was not renewed when it expired in February of this year (in other words, there is no longer a domain to support a website). None of the accessible pages list a physical address for the company, although the company's Facebook page shows it to be located in the vicinity of Temecula, CA, an area quite a distance from the area of Nevada where this number is registered.
It looks like this company may very well be defunct, so a call from this number probably is not "valid".
