         The people with access to my cell number are precious few so I check them all carefully. This number called and I did not answer. I got indications that a message was left but when I checked, nothing. No question this is some sort of phishing number. If you see this number, don't call back!

Just called my cell, didn't recognize the number and didn't answer. No voice mail left.

There is no winning with these people or the other telemarketers. Don't get mad
or lose temper. If you want to get them and have some laugh, have "phone sex"
with them (for free!). At the beginning, act normal, serious, and ask a simple relevant
question. As soon as the caller thinks that you have fallen into their trap, start
the "phone sex" gig. For instance, ask the color of her panty or if he is willing to
have certain type of sex from behind ...

have not given cell phone number out. # called . went to  voice mail that did SIT tones and said "the number you have dialed is not in service" ...plus  anti telemarketing, political, and charity message. put on do not call list ! ... no message left.

if they are a carpet cleaning company then jokes on them i have no carpets, just wood floors.
one guy got mad at their calls so he made an appt. they came out and got real mad when they discovered he only had wood floors.

This number called my phone yesterday after noon. I didnt know that someone called me until i got home from work and i saw that it was a 703 number. being as how i work in northern va i thought it might have been a work call. I called back and left a message saying someone called me from this number earlier and i didnt know who it was and left only my number they already had! with in a two hour period i left my phone in my car and they called 3 times. . .no voicemails no nothing. so i then called them back and it rang and rang then voicemail "You have reached the carpet cleaning company" didn't leave a message. called later on after that and it went straight to voicemail for the next 5 times. Then this morning i called it and it is just ringing and going to voicemail. no one ever picks up or leaves a message and i hate people like that!! But anyways.. . its driving me NUTS!!!

does not leave message I undertand it is a carpet Co.  I'll call where I want to for carpet.  Would never buy with someone asking me.

Tell us again how your picking up the call instead of ignoring it made things better.

A quick search produced the following info. They may not exercise good business practices, but they do appear to be an actual business. If you don't like the calls, report them to the FTC, FCC, BBB, and your State Attorney General.

I also received a call from this alleged "Carpet Cleaning"  company.  However,  I used my computer to block all future calls as I believe this company is a front for what I believe is commonly known as a  "Phishing"  or  a scam.  Based on a few of the comments about this number,  I believe they are using names of deceased persons as a front.  Clearly illegal.  Too bad the so-called government "Do Not Call"  line is about as helpful as this phishing expedition.

Received call at 12:40 left no message.

Same thing on my cell

This number called my cell, I am on the do not call registry.  UGH!!!

Called me, and asked for my name and SS #. They said I won a free carpet cleaning.

Received call in the morning. I didn't pick up and they did not leave a message. I am on the do not call list.

This number called my cellphone and did not leave any message, I did not answered it.
It is listed in Triangle, VA.

Really bothering me

Called me on 2/13 on cell phone....again.  Did not answer; left no message.

Interesting to me... They called my secure line which nobody should have access to that line or that number.
