Who calling from this number. All he said was that it was to lower interest rates on credit cards

just got call from this number - no message left. called the number back as i do have family in the NC area but it said the number was not in service.

Same message, I typed my name wrong.  Who calling from this number.  Lowering credit card rates.

Answered the call and got a recording to press 1 to lower my interest rate and the offer expires today. I just hung up.

Got a call.   One of the Lower your rates.   I told them to take me off the call list.   The caller then proceeded to go on a vulgar rant.

Left no message..but came up as Stacy from North Carolina..  reading posts...sounds like a scam....too bad I wasn't in the mood to screw with them today.

Just got two calls from this number 704-499-4850 they left no message and always busy when I tried to call back.  After reading below I will consider it spam.

Sick and tired of calls from this company wanting to reduce my interest rates. I don't pay interest on anything.

I just received a missed call on my cell phone from this number too.  No message left and when I tried calling it back it also said I had reached a "non-working number".

Called, I answered, I pressed 9 to get my name removed from the list. He immediately called me a [***], stated that it was never going to happen, that I obviously wanted his dick and wanted to know how many [***] I give a night. I have had him on the phone since. He did hang up on the 704 number but immediately called me back on 518-207-5256. So I am assuming he is spoofing the number really well. He refuses to give me his manager, states that he doesn't have one, but I know for a fact, that this guy is not in charge of anything. So he has been on my phone since 2:30PM. Doesn't bother me any. I work nights, so I can have him on hold all night long. He also puts me on hold with some fairly nice classical music. He checks back in on occasion to verbally sexually assault me. It is really fun. Right now I have him listening to some TED Talks so he can hopefully gain some knowledge. He definitely needs to get smarter. He is lacking imagination, both in insults and sexual depravity. So I am placing a review of his phone call on here. I gave him the name "Manmeet" since he won't give me his name. I haven't tried calling the number back, but I am sure it is non-working. If you are looking for a good time, this guy is pretty convinced he can give it to you, but I am not  too sure.

I always answer a number I don't know with, "Spanish Springs Child Protective Services...are you reporting the abuse or neglect of a child?" When they start to talk, I repeat it and say this is the Child Abuse Reporting Hot Line. This ALWAYS works and they hang up and never call again.

Sometimes when you call back they can get information even if they don't answer at least that's what I was told not sure if true

Unsolicited phone call that did not leave a message.  When I called the number back, I got a busy/disconnected message.

I normally do not answer these consumer credit card phone calls on my cell but, decided to press 1 for more information the guy sounds like he is from another country and told him to stop calling me I could not understand what he was saying and he sounded like he was cursing me and told him he was a scam artist and that I already reported him to the FTC and police he did not seem concerned and acted like a really mean person!

I answered, but no one replied back and I was on the phone for about 30 seconds before hanging up.

Thanks for your post. I was wondering if this was scam or not. The automative message was very promptly unclear which card company is calling me.

Receive calls daily, from different numbers about lowering my credit card balances, I have pushed 1 so speak to an operator, ask to please stop calling me and they hang up, I have also informed them that I do not have a credit card, and they hang up just to receive a call for the same thing from a different number the next day
