Hi I answered Danielles message.  I got the same thing.  But he actually left a number which I reported to the Department of Consumer affairs.  I played around with this idiot too. He was also Indian, probably  the same guy!  I called back several times blocking my phone and he kept changing names but not his voice.  I told him I was recording him also, and after he cursed me out, he asked me how old I was and did I want to marry him.  R u KIDDING me?  This was after I told him he had been reported.  His number was 508-443-1894.  Asked me to call back. They didn't have my bank info but had my last 4 digits of social.  I think I'm going to take your advice and call my bank.

I keep receiving calls asking tos peak to an employee and it is against to transfer calls to employees. I asked Karen Detray to please stop calling and she has continued to personally harass me and I have continuously asked her to please stop calling and she continues and I spoke with her boss who states that he owns the company and he will not cooperate as well. Something needs to be done. They state they are DSS- Detection for Financial Fraud.  704-266-4213

I have been going through the same thing today. but from number 610-990-5555.Comes out of Phillidelpha. same type of voice. But he said he was from an Attny office called DFF and his name was clayton Peterson.. he continued to call me all day on my cell phone. telling me about a payday loan i took out from cash advance. I told him i did not take out any loan from Cash Advance, but who is the exact name of the company that i got money from? and he could and would not tell me. he gave me amounts and dates he wanted me to send money otherwise i could dispute it and it would cost me $1500 to do that.. he gave me some things to write down and faxed a writen agreement on making the payments to him plus a copy of my ID. After i hung up, he called me back within 10 mins and asked why i haven't done it yet. I told him i was at work and he needs to give me a min. So i then called the company i did accually borrow money from and the first things she said to me was. Did he have an indian accent those are scammers..   He then called me back again and i told him he was a scammer and i was not sending him anything. and he continued to argue with me. I then told him that i was a Police Officer and he better think twice on what he's doing. Clayton then threaten me and said he was going to have someone come and pick me up. I then went and talked to our Detectives and they called Clayton and had a talk with Clayton. After the Detective told Clayton who he was and what he was doing and that we know what Clayton is doing. Clayton got alittle ear full about threatening me. i have not heard from him as of this time.

This man with an idian accent did the same thing to me o call police department .and complain to the ftc they are calling me from 3366097634 is from north Carolina.they calling my job and everything he called me a [***] screaming at me and everything.crazy people

I am experiencing this today. I did get a payday loan recently, and I think they may have sold my info to these [***]. Did any of you go and change your bank account? What a PIA.
