Looks to be a fly-by-night bill collector. Multiple calls daily, either dead air or attempts to ask for people who haven't owned my number in years (I acquired the number from Freedom Mobile in 2020). I owe these turkeys nothing and don't appreciate having to pay to receive this garbage.

Any attempt to call the number from some other phone does not yield anything that properly identifies whomever is making these calls. No way to identify whether the caller ID is legit or spoofed, but there are multiple complaints on both callfilter-app and telguarder-com reporting this as "caution" or "negative - financial services" from other victims.

This is what you get if you try to call these turkeys:
