Received call today, February, 18, 2013 from 706-229-8665.  Only reason we answered the phone was we have family in area code 706.   Caller told my wife he was from "Microsoft  Technical Support" and that we have a "trojan horse virus" on our computer and he wanted to help us remove it.   (We have the latest anti-virus  protection).   When my wife asked why we should trust him, he abruptly hung up. Guess he was going to ask for a credit card number to "fix" our problem, or have us type a web address that would allow them to take our computer "hostage" and then remove it for a fee.  Dialing the number back is allegedly a Hallmark, Walmart or Target gift card.

They keep calling no messages no one answers when you call back

This call came in. Heavy accent maybe indian. Claimed I had bladder sling surgery and that there was some settlement.   Phone echoed so bad like when I talk to my sister who talks on her computer line. Told them I thought they had the wrong person or information and they hung up.
