Keep getting calls from this number - 706-250-5038.  No message is left.  I don't owe anyone any money .  I have blocked them from my cell number.

Got a call from this number yesterday on an incoming-only home business line.  We let it go to ans. machine; no msg left.  In seeing others'  posts we can see it has something to do with 'debt collection' although likely NOT LEGIT collection.  We have NO CREDIT nor bills attached to this number so could NOT POSSIBLY OWE anything to anyone connected to it.  We even PAY for this line on our regular home bill/#.  Have had this second # for over 10 years, so any debts from a previous owner of it would be moot now.  SCAM.

scam trying to get personal information

Have called several times.  Never leaves a message.  We do not answer numbers that we don't know.

this number leaves messages on my cell phone, which I will not respond to, fearing it is a scam of some sort. I owe no creditors but need to know how to block them. my cell is an old flip phone and I don't see the feature to block the number. any ideas?

This company continues to calls my phone asking personal information... my social number and address.

Called at least 10 times this week by this number each time what sounds like the same woman, sounding like mushmouth from the Cosby kids.  Never could figure out the name of the company because of her inability to enunciate.  Won't give me any information then hangs up only to call again later.

Got a call that I didn't answer-no message left for me. After reading all the posts on here, I don't think it's actually a collection agency because the caller doesn't seem to know details of a debt. Could be someone trying to make a buck by getting more information for a collection agency's database.

Called and left no message at approximately 0930hrs, 27 April 2015.
I've researched this number,
(706) 250-5038 through a number of available Google searched websites, only to determine by reading the posts of others, that they are either a Collection Agency or a Scam processor of some kind.
I've made a very serious point throughout my life to keep a pristine credit score with absolutely no delinquent accounts, even so far as to never be so much as a moment late to any creditor, thusly, my "Credit Score" currently rests at 812.
I have recently Refinanced the balance of my home at a greatly reduced interest rate which leads me to believe someone with less than honorable intentions has gotten their slimy, scum riddled fingers on the financial documents utilized during my latest large transaction.
To those who have posted, I thank you. To all who seek out this number, get your free credit reports from the Big 3 and watch yourselves closely for fraudulent activity. Do Not Be A Victim!

They called at 12:50pm CDT and asked my name, then gave my address (got the state wrong because the M states confuse people, then corrected), refused to give more details until she got my address. Said something about "Credit Contracting" being the company, I'm not 100% on the details. My credit report lists no outstanding debts so no idea what they could be calling about, because I said if she can't give info then I will hang up, and did.

I never answer the phone if I don't recognize the number.  If this is a debt collector, what debt are they trying to collect that I'm not already paying for?  I've had my number for 20 years, I'm sure it's a collector for my never-pay-his-bills son....

It is scam trying to get your social and information for credit. Do not verify anything over the phone!

I am constantly being called by someone from 706-250-5038. If I don't answer, they leave no message. When I do, they provide no information as to who they are and what the call is in reference to. I want it STOPPED! If its a legitimate call, then they should leave a message so WE have the option as to whether or not we want to respond.

Call many times a day before 8am my time.  Only leave message with person asking me to verify my ss#

don't know who is calling my cell but they need to take me off their calling list before I file harassment charges. All the message says when I call back to tell them to leave me alone is the person at ext. 18558941125 is unavailable and to leave a message but says they can't receive anymore messages

Answered and let the lady know I was driving. Before I ask if they could call back she got rude. So I hung up on her. Calling me from Georgia and I've never been out of state. So rude.

Asked me to verify my mailing address. Then they said I owed Columbia House DVD $75.00.  1. I don't owe them  2. I haven't had Columbia House DVD since about 18 years ago and I didn't live at that address or have this cell number at the time.  RUDE as heck and a scam!  Wouldn't offer proof at all.
