They called me also saying I had a payday loan outstanding and I had to wire them $500 bucks in 24 hours or I would be arrested.  I never had a payday loan. They did have my information.  I told them they made a mistake and talked nice, but the Guy said his name was officer Steven Smith and if I didn't pay, only God could help me.  He called me for weeks and finally I got tired and told him to leave me alone, he said no, I am trying to keep you from going to jail...I told him, tell the cops to come on and I was ready for jail because they would take my cell phone and I wouldn't have to listen to him again. He didn't call back for months, then one day he called again and told me how I only had 2 days to send $700 by credit card or I would go to jail and be raped and violated. He also said other offensive things.  I couldn't take it no more and got my number changed.

Call and report to the police, FBI, Secret Service, BBB, Attorney General and FTC, every time these scammers call.

I am getting phone calls from Officer Steven Smith and Officer John Smith. They tell me I'm being sued, but will not tell me why or by whom, when I question them, they get irate and vulgar and start talking dirty. They can barely speak English but the filthy words are plain.  My brother and his gangsta friends want to meet them and settle this so they will leave me alone but I'm sure they are cowards and would never come to the Bronx.

A idiot with a Indian or Nigerian accent calls me at least 4 times a week. I don't answer, he leaves these creepy voicemails that are somewhat hard to understand because his English is so bad.  Claims to be a police officer and I am being sued by Federal Cash or some type of finance company. He has a accent but says his name is John Smith, a few times he said his name was John conner then Vincent Smith.  All the same guy, and oh yeah Kevin Mitchell and Officer Steven Smith. Really weird and stupid

Then he goes on to tell me that if I don't want to talk to him and hide then all he can do is wish me good luck as this situation unfolds.  Today he left a really nasty and vulgar voicemail. I'm getting tired of him....

I don't owe any finance company or anyone else money and I am sure of this because I just received a settlement check and paid all my debts..so he has the wrong person.  Glad I googled this number and now I know it is a scam. I'm posting to let everyone know, be careful there are really some thieves and liers out there and don't pay anyone just because they say you are being sued etc.  Don't let them scare you...Even if you do owe money. These thieves cannot do anything to you, that's a fact, got that info from a judge.  Call the police, ftc, attorney general and US Secret Service.
