This has been happening to me as well. What can we do about it? I am getting tired and annoyed by all these calls!!!!

Same as everyone here... threatening call about a debt of some type, and if I did not contact them back that on Monday I would be put in jail... When I attempted to call them back and get information and ask them to talk to me instead of threatening me... the person hung up the phone... I have attempted to call this number back atleast 15 times throughout the course of the day to be hung up on... or for no one to answer my call now.

I have received several calls from this number and receieved six of teh same messages from a man that called his self donell jones but had a strong indian/arabic accent. I could not really understand what he was saying sp i had to keep really playing teh mesage at least mutwo or three times, to figure out what he was saying. So when i called the number back i got a busy signal at least five out of the mulitple times i called then some one would pick hang up and we played those cads for multiple times until a lady answered and i askd her about the message she put me on hold then she  hung up. I called back and the line was busy then i called back a few more times the lady answered again and then put the man on the phone and told me there was a lawsuit against he did not want to give me any information at all and was just saying the i would see the papers when the sheriff comes and arrest me at my work place and he hung up on me. So i called back to see what was happening who supposedly had a case against me and he kept asking me why am i shouting and why am i not understanding and if i do not listen that he would hang up on me again and that is when i went off on him and told me if called that number back again then he would file harassment charges against. Is there any way to catch this is idiot.

i just had this number call me telling me that their is charges against me telling me my address and social security number and te;lling me to contact my attorney at this 707 508 4204 name alex watson

This is the second time this has happened to me . The firest time he sed he was from Fl. Only I looked him up and found out it was a scam so I call him back and I was able to get his real name and phone # and email. Derado Arscott      sickhead17@gmail.com       1-876-364-4538. Has called my number 3 times and have left 3 messages.

I started getting calls from them about a car loan first.  I said I wasn't interested, but they were nasty and hung up.  Next I began getting calls from them about a Payday Loan.  He said give me your attorney information.  The police will be at your job to pick you up for fraud.  I ain't got nothing to say to you, the police will tell you everything, then he hung up.  He had an accent and was really, really rude and nasty.  I called the number back he told me that he has nothing to discuss with me, discuss it with the policeman, and hung up.  I called back again with a witness in the room with me, a woman answered the phone.  I explained that I was trying to find out what this was about and asked the woman to not hang up on me, she got quiet and then I heard a recording saying, "goodbye."

whether it's a prank or not I want to see them prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

OMG!!!  The very same thing happened to me today  he called my work said he was sgt joseph an my boss called me an gave the # to call back   my daughter is deployed right now so was very worried . I called an lady answered  cant understand her or him told me i had a payday loan from cash inadvance  that i refused to pay  i said i dont have a payday loan with nanyone!  told me internet fraud bounced checks  i have no checks  just debt card theft with intent or something like that   i havebeen sooo worried  she hung up on me so i just called again an got the man an asked when this loan was made  he said police would be at my work to arrest me tomorrow! Been sittin here cryin!!! And my friend told me to put that # in an do a search  an i found all this!!! He answered the phone with some investigations name couldnt make out what he said . But i have a saved msg from him saying the same crap as everyone else he has said it to. So what do i do?? I have a friend thats a deputy sherriff so am trying to get ahold of her now

I received up to 50 called today alone from this number telling me I've been approved for a payday loan of $1000 I said "yea ok". The last call I receive on my voicemail asked for me or my retained atterney. I called back and asked why they were looking for my lawyer and he stated "we wanted to see if you had a lawyer bc of the sum of money you will be receiving tomarrow". I then told him "I did a google search on the number, called a friend of mine that works for the fbi, and called my bank and lawyer so they are all aware of you calling me" he first asked why I would call the fbi then asked what kind of lawyer I have. I told him a criminal and civil (neither of which I have lol) and he asked "have u killed someone?" I told him " mother f**ker would you be calling me if I killed someone?" Lmao he then asked how much I paid my lawyer and got mad when I told him it was none of his business. I told him if he tries to touch my account he will be in federal prison for wire fraud amoung other charges if I didn't find him first! He won't be calling me anymore!!!!

Want to make them go away??  Do this.

Spend 5 minuted calling them back repeatedly and be rude.  They will get angry with you.  They have caller ID with your name.   They will not only stop calling you, they will block your number from calling them.  This works.  Do it!!

Also, it's a call center in Mumbai, India.  They have a way of forwarding from an anonymous US cell number that they keep changing. They got your information most likely from a loan application you filled out online.  I annoyed them so bad, an Indian manager came on the line and, in perfect English, told me how it works.  Weird, huh??

I played the message they left for me, he panicked, and hung up.

If the people from this phone number can read this you guys need to stop harassing me now this is BS if your going to try to run a scam at least try to be professional about it and learn how to speak English if your going to call people in the U.S. how ignorant can you be I thought  Aladdin carpet munching  people are supposed to be somewhat smart... I'm the woman you spoke with on 5/16/12 that you ended up hanging up on so DO NOT CALL AGAIN!

I have got the same call and they also left a message when i tried to call back only got a busy signal really tired of the calls.

I received a 2 calls from this # back to back on 05/17/12.  The individual on the voicemail had a very thick accent and states, "... if I do not hear from you or your attorney, I wish you the best of luck..."  I called the # back and nothing... a busy signal.  He also stated that this was a very urgent/important matter.

i received five threatening phone calls from 707-508-4204 and said they want to speak to me or my attorney and its an urgent matter - I tried the number back and its always busy, they also called my office number.

I just got another call at work from them - I told them they were fully reported to the police, she answered me "that's great then hung up" what a crock of S_ _ T! Like I am not busy enough, to deal with this garbage!  I think she kinda freaked out - lol
