Robo call

I believe this is Portfolio Recovery.  Calls daily and refuses to leave a message, even when the call is answered.

no message do not kno what they want.looked up number and reported as Portfolio Recovery Services

did not leave any message, eventhough I have blocked the call it still goes through, bummer

Calls daily various number all Portfolio Recovery, trying to get payment discharged years ago in a bankruptcy. Been calling for a year, FCC does not care or take any action. Began after the inauguration and instillation of new department heads. Vote in November to get consumer protection again.

This call is from Portfolio collection agency, they tried to have me pay $10monthly for an account that is over 12 years old and has already been written off of credit report and they said we cannot sue you for this account... WTH

got a call today and they are more scammers than Portfolio recovery. they buy cel numbers and then try to collect or get money from people to scam them.   DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE IF YOU DO NOT RECOGNIZE THE NUMBER.
if you pick up their computer will register it as a good working number and will continue to harass you.

Called and asked for my mother, when i asked for what in regards to, lady said it was a "personal business matter" and removed me from their list.
