It is a bank of phone lines within HPD. It could be from the jail, an investigative division or officer trying to make contact for some reason. Maybe someone was arrested and they are trying to contact you or you made a police report and someone is following up.

It belongs to the Houston Police Department not your local "station". It is not possible that whoever you spoke to knows each and every phone number within the entire department and there are several HPD stations throughout Houston.

!!!!! This is a scam !!!!! They said there from the "hpd" housotn police department but when you start to question they wont even give you there badge # or what county they work for. Trying to get info from you..... Just hang up.....

I applied for defensive driving via phone/email for a traffic violation and this is the number that they called me from to process payment. This is not a scam. This is just one of their many numbers used to call people.

Some man called me about a missing phone that I herd about and I tried to call him back because he's sending spy dial to my phone and now I'm getting irritated about it he was asking my all types of questions that I've answered and now I want him away from me

I got a message from this number yesterday 05/18/18, saying there name is miss. Wilts. And my husband was filling a report on me she said his name. Say he have a lease and his name on it she couldn't tell me what sup station , now he texts me and said that was a real Detective on mykawa Rd. My husband Christopher green texts me and told me.  I have the texts he sent me.
