- Someone who knows replies to PAY DAY LOANLIES! ALL LIES! You are a scum sucking bottom feeder who works for First IRS (which is not a part of the Internal Revenue Service..as you are trying to make people think. You work for the company, and use scare tactics to threaten people into paying. Here are a few facts:
1. A payday loan is a civil matter, NOT a criminal one. You don't have the legal right to arrest anyone or put out a summons for an arrest, because you are not an attorney.
2. Falsifying information is against the law...so you are breaking the law. Chew on that.
Get a real job and try to remember that you have no legal standing in anything. Maybe in Texas, and that of course is suspect. You guys suck, and should be put out of business. - Scumbags| 1 replyI got a call as well and have learned in the past don't pay unless they can show proof of the debt. Besides they can't bring you to court without giving you thirty days to pay it if in fact it is a real debt. These people get prepaid cell phones and call from different numbers so this is not the only number they have. Make them show proof if they really are legitimate.
- josephknowles replies to ScumbagsI receive a call from them i told them i filed bankruptcy they told me they dont believe me and hung up on me
- sweet suga replies to PAY DAY LOANYou mean to tell me, that you actually fell for that BS, ok they may put it on your credit, but I doubt you will get jail time. Do you know how many people would be in jail for not paying their debts, there would be no room for the murderers, rapists, child molesters, bank robbers, thieves and the list goes on, I have been unemployed for 6 months now. When the collectors call I tell them that, they ask me can I borrow the money. I asked them can I borrow it from them, that always upset them. I tell them once I find a job and get on my feet I will be more than happy to make payment arrangements.
- Texasproud6272@yahoo.com replies to taber flintcall your bank and cancel your account right away
- TEXAS replies to PAY DAY LOANFirst of all you can not be put in jail for not paying a debt Unless you owe the IRS that is the only one that can take your pay checks or possibly put you in jail....The Firm LAWAL AND ASSOCIATES are not real attorney's they just tell you that to scare you ....THEY ARE FREAKING SCAMMERS.....I think you work for them and are trying to scare people
- Bubba Ulgy replies to maryann bradleyThey have a toll free number and if you call them from a pay phone they have to pay the pay phone company for the call. It was 28 cents ,but it has gotten up to around 35 cents. At least make them pay for the return call!!!

- Wouldn't you like to knowI have been recieving calls from FIRST IRS for about 3 months now. I do know the laws on fair debt collection and these people are nothing but a scam. I have called every payday loan company in my area to see If I have had past pay day loans out and all companies have stated I have never had a loan with them. So I asked these individuals at FIRST IRS to send me validation of the debt. First off they go under different payday loan companies as the original debtor. Basically the will call you threaten jail time and threaten legal action. They can do nothing of such. If you in fact broke a law this would be classified as criminal. Anything that has to do with debt collection that does go to arbitration is in fact civil. They break the first law by threatening you. DO NOT PAY THESE PEOPLE ONE DIME. They will usually call with foriegn accents 90 percent of the time. If you do owe debt to any company and it is in collection do your research first call the original debtor to see who the debt has been sold off to, and then you can go from there. A true debt collection company will comply with your demands if they want there money that bad enough

- BLAKE FOLEY| 1 replyHey, I used to work for the people. The owner's name is not Robin Harrison; it's Atiem Tolbert, and she is a Nigerian lady. The attorney is not an attorney; his name is OJ Lawal. I left because they are scamming people out there money. They were paying their employees under minimum wage until an ex-employee filed with the Labor Board. They make up rules as they go. All their employees are ex-criminals. They act like they're giving them a chance, but really it's so they will have someone to blame when you CC info has been fraudulently used. So if they call you, you don't have to pay them. They can't do nothing to you.........smile

- bzzldyI've received two call at my work and never on my cell. Unfortunately I always seem to miss the call and listen to the message left. One was from Mr. Clampton (Hey there Jed!) and the one today was from Ms. McCoy (feunding with the Hatfields)
Both said they were calling from the legal department of First Integral. I needed to call them immediately since this was a time sensitive matter and they were rendering a decision by the end of the day.
I don't know who they are but the call did come from 7137772500. However the call back number was different and so were the extensions. 877772551 ext 106 and 104.- Caller: First Integral
- Tired of the foolishnessThey called me too and said they were with the IRS. I then told them, well that's strange because I work for the IRS. And guess what else, my husband works for the Attorney General's office. They hung up and never called back.
