I received a call from Steve DeAngelo, 718-380-5880 requesting contact with Kim Watts, my ex-husbands new wife. In his message and on the phone, he stated that I was listed as a contact person for Kim Watts. I stated that this is not possible and asked if he got my information off a credit report. He insisted not. When I told him (for the third time) I had no contact information for my ex or his new wife, he got sarcastic, saying, you were married to the guy and you don't know how to reach him. Um, yeah, and happily so! When I asked him to remove my information from his "file", he hung up on me. If he calls again, I will file a complaint with the Feds and with the IL Attorney General.

Get alawyer and sue.  These people are a company operating out of California,  they have violated Federal Law !     LISTEN EVERYONE,  FILE A LAWSUIT ,  YOU MUST GET AN ATTORNEY FOR THE LEG WORK !  THIS IS THE BEST WAY TO STOP THESE SCUMBAGS AND SEND THEM A MESSAGE !

I RECEIVED A CALL FROM A GUY NAMED MICHAEL BRANDON SAYING I OWED ON AN OUTSTANDING PAY DAY LOAN.WAS FROM A CO.CALLED PLATINUM HOLDINGS GROUP,LLC.HE GOT A HOLD OF MY CHECKING ACCT.INFO. WITHDREW $961.51.HAD TO STOP PAYMENT. THE ADDRESS IS 2414 S. FAIRVIEW, SUITE 210 SANTA ANA,CA.92704. I LIVE IN LOUISIANA.SAID THEY HAD COMPANYS BASED IN DIFERENT STATES.THIS WAS ABOUT 2 WEEKS AGO I RECEIVED THE PHONE CALL.HE CALLS ME TODAY AND SAYS I WILL BE CHARGED WITH WRITING A BAD CHECK BECAUSE I STOPPED PAYMENT.I DID NOT AUTHORIZE HIM TO WITHDRAW ANYTHING FROM MY ACCT.
