I have received numerous calls from them.  I finally answered and took a very pleasent survey.  They did not try to sell me anything.

This is how you can harass them back:

call their toll-free number from a payphone booth. Every time they pick up, they have to reimburse the payphone company $0.50 or more.

It's really gratifying knowing that they have to pay to listen to your complaints.

Please stop calling my number, I've sent you an e-mail. I'm 86 years old and don't want to be bothered anymore!

They call over and over.  Sometimes they put a A at the end of the number and sometimes two AA's at he end of the number.  The attorney general needs to put a stop to this harrassment.

I understand you are supposed to be able to request that they take you off their caller list.  Well, when you try to tell them to stop calling you, they get rude and try to talk over you.  

Good for the person that took the survey.  I don't want to take a survey and I don't want to be bothered any more!

I also don't have any intention of emailing them and giving them yet one more way of contacting me!

this company called my home yesterday evening and i told the man not to call my home anymore and that i was on the do not call list. he informed me this does not pertain to their company data scension from who knows where.
just a few minutes ago i received a second call, the very day after i told them not to call my home again! 2nd day in a row some man with a foreign voice. i was not as nice today as i was yesterday. i reminded him that i did not want him calling my home EVER again and if he does not understand f@#*ing english then get me someone who does! of course i tried to call them back and talk to a supervisor or whoever i could. again, of course no one answers just a machine telling me if i want taken off their calling list, i have to send them an e-mail! why would i want to send them an e-mail so they can harass me that way also!!!

They call earley mornings on the weekend when we are still in bed they call all hours through the week up to 9 to 10 pm at night. I called the number back to try and speak to someone and all I got was a email address..dnc@datascension.com I emailed them and still it has not helped! OH BY THE WAY THEY ARE STILL CALLING...SEVERAL TIMES ALREADY TODAY!

I got called from 714 551 5502; I acted a bit ignorant and stretched the call for about 5 mins until the caller got irritated with me (Atleast I distrated them from trying a few more numbers :-) ) I have started submitting a business enquiry to them, so that they understand what it takes to be on the other side of the table.

They do telemarketing.   Datascension company info from their website at:

They are NOT excluded from the Do Not Call list, they just try to give that impression.

They've called me twice tonight.   I talked to them the first time.  They hung up on me the second time.

Scott Kincer is the CEO.
He has a relative Ryan Kincer also at the company.

Call the company - let them know what you think.
They do surveys -- so give them your opinions.

Everyone just call the FCC and your local police department, they will trace the call and advise you not to mention what they are doing to DNC legally. This is very interesting. You will see this on the news and the talk shows eventually!

I can tell you I'm the wrong number that they dialed!!
