602-926-0731 - PepeTwo calls tonight from 714-495-4807. The name on the caller ID was "Local Office". The first time they hung up shortly after I said hello without saying anything. By the time they called back exactly 30 minutes later I had already Googled the number so I knew that they were up to no good. I just let it ring without picking it up. Maybe these pests are using a robocall machine first to get an idea of who is home before they try again??
Phone numbers get assigned to new people all the time, but these rude characters just don't care. These folks got away too easy the last time they redid the telephone telemarketing laws. Congress needs to add new restrictions on debt collection agencies to keep them calling the wrong people over and over again.- Caller: "Local Office"
- JackStarted calling at 11:34 am EST and has called every 30 minutes on the dot since (it is not 2:04 as I post.) I answered; they're trying to collect on a debt that was settled eight years ago (and is now off my credit record....and is past my state's limitations for collecting a debt anyways.) I told them this, but they are still saying, "well we just got this information." Nice try. Filing a report for harassment and am sending a certified letter requesting they stop calling me.

- SarasmileCalled twice today, within 30 minutes after first call. When I answer there is no one there and it quickly cuts off to dial tone. If you try calling the number on the caller ID there is no ringing, or anything it just goes straight to a dial tone. Looked on Internet for phone number and found 1-800-824-6191. I called this number and someone finally picks up. The man was very polite, as was I. I know I am debt free so a collection would have no business calling me. I asked if this number I was calling was associated with 714-495-4807. He said yes, but one is not able to call that number, it merely dials out. He then proceeded to look up my number, said a name I have never heard of, and kindly removed me from this person profile. I will say he was the most polite debt collector I have ever spoken to. We shall see if this actually makes the phone calls stop...
Apparently the people who use to live in my house defaulted quite a bit, I have had 17 different companies call for them in the past 7 months of living here. Then I have separate situation related to my phone number of another person who has defaulted. About 6 companies have called for this person. I really wish people would pay their bills so innocent unrelated parties don't have to deal with their problems,- Caller: Local Office
- Call type: Debt collector
- HarlinI tried to google the number, came back cell phone. I have a strange feeling, they are getting numbers from the National DoNot Call List. The only time that I have problems, is when I add a number. Since I have a new cell number, did not add it and I have not received any strange calls. Think about it.

- CowboyI recieve a call from this number on my cell phone all the time. I do not pick up for numbers I don't know. Never leaves a message but it gets quite annoying. How do I get them to stop, any ideas?
- JulieWouldn't you know it, I changed my number and withing an hour I started getting collection calls for a whole family of folks that USED to have this number. Just call the 800 number 1-800-824-6191 and let them know that the person they are trying to reach is not at the number their computer is dialing. I called them, they answered right away and removed my number from their list. The call took a total of 30 seconds, and they were polite.

- ABCDI have read area code 714 includes northern Orange County, a portion of Los Angeles County and portions of Chino Hills in San Bernardino County.
- Elsie replies to clem91935Don't ignore the phone calls, this collection agency will keep calling. Find out who they're calling for and why, by answering their call or calling them back. If there's a problem, call 888-556-7682 and explain the reason.
- PepeCalled again today twice, with the calls spaced apart by exactly 30 minutes like they did the last time. Caller ID said Local Office and (714) 495-4807 which I recognized from a previous calling round from them so I just let it ring. Area code (714) is not local to me. I haven't received a single unpaid debt notice in the mail, so they are again calling the wrong person. What a useless bunch of misleading fools.

- Eddiewho ever this is call my house all times a day early as 8:00 a.m. and never leaves a message i would like for it to stop.
- JaseReceived this call from my home in NW suburb of Chicago. One time I picked up the phone and said hello twice and when there was no answer, I hung up. Please remove my phone from this data base as I take care of an invalid who is under at-home medical care. The called ID states Local Office and has called at various hours of the day and evening.
