Just received a call the same as the above ones. Indian accent. Told me he was from Microsoft security and something about a virus on my computer and wanted to walk me through fixing it. There are no issues with my computer and if there were I could fix it myself so I don't have any of the support features turned on like remote desk to, etc. So the first red flag was I wondered how he would have an idea about my computer. When he mentioned going to my computer so he could walk me through a fix I told him I know there is nothing wrong with my computer and I don't believe he is who he says he is so I will be looking into the phone number and I hung up on him. I am leery of unrecognized numbers and was concerned I might somehow be being billed for the call so I was in a hurry to end the connection. Glad I didn't let him waste anymore of my time at least. I'm going to post this on Facebook and try to get the word Out. These people need to be shut down. Seriously.

Claim I had problems with my computer

I get a call about once a week, not just from this number, but mainly from the USA. I usually drag the call out, just wasting their time; it can be quite good fun making them believe that I might actually be falling for their scam.
The latest one ended when I told him I didn't own a computer (not true obviously), "oh, is that Mr G Garden?" he replies.... obviously he must have phoned the wrong number..... again :-)

I press 0 to try and speak with someone and the system hung up on me.

I got a call from 714-535-7004. A man with a very heavy indian accent calling from the lost pet locators. If my pet was still missing please call a 202 number to help me find my dog.  Scam

I got he same one but it was a woman her name is navy Watson eploy I'd nw0192 from Microsoft and the. After she hung up I call Microsoft and grave tech support the info and that is not even an employee number

Todas ellas para que me registrase en una pagina de alquiler de casas para vacaciones por todo el mundo. Me pedía pagar 100 $ e insistían en que pusiera mi número de targeta de credito al registrarme.

No lo hice y se volvía loco preguntandome por que, por que no lo hacía.

Now this number is doing the "IRS is suing you" hoax and telling you to call a 202 area code number.

Missed a call from this number but a few hours later, I got a robo call from 630-668-9832 saying the IRS is suing me and to call a 202 number for more info.

A guy with an unclear Indian accent, he told me I had a virus on my computer I said ok so what's my IP address, he explain the company doesn't provide any information about that, I told him that he was trying to BS me. He hang up..

Said they were from irs and fixing to enter a law suit against me

Got a call from this number today and it was a message that it was the IRS and they were bringing a law suit against me and that I should call a number that I didn't have time to wright down.

Received a call from William concerning my refund. I am getting these calls as late as 10:30 P.M. PST.

Another attempt at the well known CLSID scam 888DCA60-FC0A-11CF-8F0F-00C04FD7D062. The objective is to convince you that they really can see inside your computer. Every recent computer running Windows has this value at the place that the "support agent" (= fraudster) will happily lead you to. I have classified this call as "Telemarketer" because these folks will try to sell you something completely useless if you let them. Maybe there should be a classification for computer security fraud

Automated  MSG! Claiming the IRS is  Filing a Lawsuit  against me. MSG uses improper english. IRS! Uses mail notification. And caller ID says Payphone lol.

Just got a call from this number telling me it was the IRS filing a lawsuit against me.  Since I don't owe the IRS any $$ I know it was a fraud call.
