Someone called and hung-up on the machine. I called back, an Evonne actually answered...I just hung-up, assuming it was a telemarketer.

I do not know who this is but they call constantly,

I don't have a job, I have NO money, barely any food and a 10 day notice ... so they are waisting their time.

I have received numerous calls from this company, with 5 coming in tonight.  I asked who they were and they identified themselves as Millward Brown Research.

Receive calls from this number at all hours - doesn't matter to them if it is two in the morning or not.  714 area code is California.  I don't know anyone there.  Caller ID shows "Out of Area".  I did not answer and they did not leave a message.  I attempted to call back but the number NEVER rang.  The FCC should shut this down.

No message, Data Scension is active again....

ORANGE CA shows up.  No messages. Annoying.

I found this on there website: nile.rowan@us.millwardbrown.com.  I emailed them the following, I did some research and I found some legal copy and wrote them an email.  Please use this as template if you like:

Your company calls my phone as late as 9PM at night.  I am registered with the National DO NOT CALL List.   Please take note that a company that is a seller or telemarketer can be liable for placing any telemarketing calls (even to numbers NOT on the registry) unless the seller has accessed the DO NOT CALL registry and paid the fee, if required.

Be aware that if you are in violation, you may be subject to fines of up to $16,000 per violation and that each call may be considered a separate violation.

Please remove xxx xxx xxxx from your call list.

I seriously can't imagine the number of calls they would have to make to get just a few people willing to respond. They called and woke me at 12 noon,(on a Sunday), but only rang the phone 3 times. I hate having to stop work to see who might be calling but the call that wakes me is the worst. I wish there was a hell for telemarketers. It would probably be much the same as it is here on Earth. No "real job" will hire you and all you're qualified to do is telemarketing. Hell on Earth.

I hooked up my answermachine on Thanksgiving to see who the heck was calling. My phone let it ring forever day or night they didn't care, but I received no call till that saturday & have not left a message yet just hang up.Maybe we should all call Nile & see if he likes it.At least in my case they got off for the Holiday. This number just called me in Toronto, Canada.    I'm on the Canadian Do-Not-Call list.

Send an email to dnc@datascension.com and your number "will be removed within 24 hours."

Goto their website www.datascension.com and under the contact us tab is a way for you to be removed from list. I tried it hope the calls stop.

The company is called Datascension, Inc.  I too keep getting calls from these people and i am NOT sending them an email.  I googled this company and this is what I found...their toll free #. I called and left them a message to stop calling me maybe, if they get as many calls back that they're making, they'll get the hint! So here it is everyone 1-888-996-9238

They've called me twice tonight.   I talked to them the first time.  They hung up on me the second time.

I hate to tell you this if you have done business with any of their affiliates then it is legal for them to call you even if you are on the DO NOT CALL List. Because you have done business with them before.

I should know I used to work for the BBB. When talking to them you need to actually say put me on the do not call list and then they can no longer call you....

They call about every other day, rings three times then they hang-up.
I wish they would stop.
