I don't even live in the United States and someone is calling us from this number!!

I received this call from this number. 714-706-3200... they claim they are doing research on your restaurants in our town.

Don't know who this is, but our number is UNPLUBLISHED!!!!!!!!

received a solicitation call

I recieved a call all the way in the Bahamas, from this  number and the guy claimed that he was working with a company that were surveying on how many people use their bank account. He wanted to find out my name, age, and work, I caught on quickly gave him the wrong age and name , told him i did not work and I don't frequent my account, because I had no money and then he hung up immediately

They called and asked if I speak Spanish (I do), but I said, "No." They said, "Oh, well we only want to survey Hispanics." Funny, I know Hispanics who don't speak Spanish. Caller hung up quickly and loudly.

Several months ago I contacted Harmon Research directly and was promised we'd never get a call again--lies.

Persistant callers even though I never participate in their surveys.

Harmon Research has their own "Do not harass" list. They say they are exempt from the Do Not Call List but on their Privacy Policy tab, they will allow you to enter your number or e-mail address to add to their Do not call list

Whenever I see that it is a number with an unfamiliar area code or it says, unknown name/unknown number, I do not answer the phone.  Another solution might be to answer the call and place the phone in front of your TV speakers until they disconnect.

Have received calls from Highlands Research many times over the months.  Last night I had 4 "Unknown calls" which I did not answer until the 4th in 2 hours, thinking "maybe this is an emergency" with one of my kids.  Answered it and sure enough This is...with Highlands Research"  I told them "do you realize it is 9:42 at night?  THat is almost 10:00 PM!  Take me off your list!" and hung up.  Guess it didn't work because they just called me again today.

If you track the number you will see it's HArmon Research. If you contact them through their website it will lead you to Juan'S E-MAIL. See if you can find his phone number and Call him at dinner time.

Another "empty" line call.  Since there is no policing of the Do Not Call Register by our inept government, these callers can claim immunity from the restrictions of this policy with impunity.

Received a call from this number. I now have the habit of not answering area code that are unfamiliar. I then come to Whocallsme and check if the number is here. Thanks for your service and thank you to everyone who takes the time to post their information.

They called me and said they were Clearview and that there were rebates out there to do vinyl windows, etc.  

The last two weeks before they called, I had gotten a call about the same time and no one was there.  I am assuming this is probaby the computers calling to see if I was home so they could sick there telemarketers on me.  I am a "Do No Call Number," so I want to report them because I have gotten calls in the past from them.

I left them a message on their web page SHOUTING and explaining that I didn't want them to call me any more.  I believe that I made it very clear.  If that doesn't work, I'm filing a complaint with the "do not call" folks.  I may also drive over there, and I do that I'll make it into a media event, which I am sure they will not appreciate.

And no, I made no threat of violence or destruction.  That would be a crime.

This annoying company is called Harmon Research Inc.  Below is their website info.  I rec'd the call on Dec. 13 at 7:25 p.m. but didn't answer and they just hung up.  Now I have them blocked on my PANASONIC home phone.  Caller ID just said, BREA, CA.  They are one of thousands who are number spoofing and WE ALL need to file a complaint against this company.
