This is a scam. This number called our business number. The bot claimed to be calling from the Senior Support Desk asking if we caught the letter regarding a grocery allowance, but no seniors currently work at our facility. I believe they also claimed to be associated with Medicare. The caller ID read: BREA CA. Unsolicited calls or automated bot chats claiming to be from a "Senior Support Desk" regarding a "grocery allowance" or a letter you supposedly missed are phishing attempts designed to steal your personal information. DO NOT GIVE THEM PERSONAL INFORMATION.
    • Caller: "Senior Support Desk" scam
