The "State Accident Center" is a completely fraudulent entity name. This specific script is distributed by high-volume telemarketing lead generators and identity thieves who prey on people's anxiety regarding past car wrecks. Staying silent is a good defense. Never say yes, do not engage. Better yet, don't answer the call.
